What is a Compliance Audit?
Working with you during this process we can quickly ascertain essential requirements and agree the way forward that suits you on immediate, medium and longer term issues. We will do an analysis on how you currently manage certain areas of your policies & procedures whether you have a fleet or just drivers (Grey Fleet) along with your current Health & Safety Policies.
What will it Cost?
A generic solution won't fit all as no two businesses are the same, therefore we would need to conduct a compliance audit first so that an accurate idea of costs can be determined.
Why would a Comprehensive Analysis Audit be required?
During the compliance Audit it will highlight if you require a full audit. This is a longer process as it will analyse the following in greater depth:
- Your existing Policies & Procedures
- Drivers Handbook
- Compliance of your drivers
- Your understanding of ‘Legislative Responsibilities’
- Your direct & indirect costs
- Systems you have in place for recording information
- Services procurement.
During the complete Audit we will examine and analyse every area regarding your drivers and / or fleet. This is required to ascertain where assistance is required in bringing your business up to the legal requirements.
