Road Accidents and Duty of Care

It is a fact that one in three road accidents involves an employee who drives on behalf of an organisation. There are 20 fatalities and 250 seriously injured employees per week. With an annual cost to businesses per annum reaching £3.7 billon you would think that those in authority would have a better focus on their “Duty of Care” but they don’t. The quicker organisations realise that safety isn’t a cost option to be played with the better as a recent report shows. Click for more on this report.
