Are you being vigilant?

Legislation is not a stick to beat you with it is there to ensure that the risk management procedures are being adhered to correctly. If you have good policies and procedures in place and follow a strict working practice then the Risk should be minimised. In the event of an incident occurring where issues are raised an investigation will take place. Being responsible and managing all aspects of your fleet you should have nothing to fear.
